2008年，澳門回歸十週年之前的一年。回歸後九年了，在這九年裏，有新的藝術團體誕生，有舊的藝術團體在沉默中稍稍退場，也有的繼續努力尋求生存的方式。回歸，對澳門的民間藝術團體有何影響？在現今澳門的社會中，藝術團體到底應從甚麼方向發展？應如何尋求理想出路？這次座談會以「回歸」為借口，邀請本地多個民間藝術團體與公眾一起探討及總結回歸後本澳各藝術空間在經營期間的經驗及所面臨的不同問題。
