牛 房倉庫將於8月10日(星 期六)下午六時三十分，舉行「雲 雲」──梁祖賢，黃健 豪觀念攝影作品展 開幕活動，這 次展覽是本地兩 位年青藝術家黃健豪和梁祖賢以他們一位親人作為創作主題，並以攝影這個媒介將其觀念視覺化。他們的作品會集中在影像拍攝前對觀念主題的探 索和思考，讓捕捉 影像那一刻已帶有主動和明確想法。作品的「美」不只是來自照片的構圖和色調，而是拍攝者與被攝對象之間一連串深刻的情感呈現。

兩 位創作人都是畢業於澳門理工學院設計課程，從學生時代到現在，一直都熱衷於運用攝影機的鏡頭去演繹他們對世界的看法。與此同時，也多次參 加各項藝術活動，並與不同界別的創作人合作，是澳門藝術文化環境的生力軍。

Ox Warehouse will inaugurate “Van Van”─Conceptual Photography by Joein Leong and Icarus Wong, on Saturday August 10,at 6:30pm. The exhibition showcases conceptual photography works by two Macau young artists, each featuring a relative of theirs. The worksfocus on previous exploration and deliberation of a conceptual theme, so that distinctive, subjective ideas are incorporated on the photos at the actual shooting. This way, the aesthetic beauty derives not only from composition and tonality, but comprises profound, emotional relationships between photographer and subject.

Having both graduated from the Macao Polytechnic Institute, the two have been keen on using photography to interpret their worldview ever since their schooldays. Besides,as anemerging generation in Macau’s arts scene,they have participated in various art events and cooperated with creative types in different fields.

Organized by the Ox Warehouse Art Space and sponsored by IACM, the exhibition takes place at the art space’s 2nd floor gallery and will run until September 29, 2013, open to the public from 12am to 7pm (except Tuesday) with free admission. 牛房倉庫將於６月８日（星期六）下午3點, 《從歷史角度看"廢物"的真正價值》, 由本澳知名歷史學家陳樹榮先生分享他的一些另類收藏, 為6月15日的“我最珍貴的 —‘廢物’ ”展覽作一展前講座, 並讓觀眾從不起眼的舊物中重新體驗澳門歷史留下的痕跡. 歡迎藝術愛好者及市民大眾免費到場分享。
陳樹榮—　澳門學者和報人。廣東寶安人。長期從事文化新聞工作，研究澳門政治經濟文化社會風俗第三十多年。 1986年提出《澳門學》。已撰寫有關澳門的文章發表於報章五百多萬字，參加撰澳門幾部大型辭書，每年應邀出席幾個學術研討會，十多年來較多接受電台，電視台的訪問，參加製作有關節目，現任《澳門日報》副總編輯、澳門歷史學會副理事長、澳門經濟學會副會長、澳門創意產業協會副會長、君亮堂出版社社長等。並任澳門特別行政局政澳門舊區重整諮詢委員會委員。且是孫中山基金會理事、林則除基金會學術顧問、中國民間文藝家協會會員等。長期注重蒐集和整理有關澳門的史料，認真查訪考證有關澳門的文物古蹟，撰寫了一批在學術上頗有新意的澳門史文章。尤其對研究孫中山在澳門的史實貢獻甚多。著作有《孫中山在澳門》，主編《林則徐與澳門》等。

TRIES TO LOOK AT THE TRUE VALUE OF ‘WASTE OBJECTS’ FROM A HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE - The lecturer Mr Chan Su Weng

Ox Warehouse will host a lecture on 8th of June, Saturday 3:00pm, before the opening of the exhibition"THE MOST PRECIOUS-WASTE OBJECTS"on 15th JUNE. The lecturer Mr Chan Su Weng, a renowned local historian, tries to look at the true value of ‘waste objects’ from a historical perspective, by sharingwith attendees his alternative collection of historical value. Through presenting his unattractive 'OldiesBut Goodies' collection,Mr Chan will take participants on a journeyto re-experience the history of Macao, revisiting the city’s old charms. Art lovers and the public are welcome to attend and theadmission is free.

With ancestry fromBoan, Guangdong,Chan Su Weng is a Macao scholar and media man. He has been long engaged in cultural journalism, studying Macao’s politics, economy, culture, and social customs for more than 30 years. He put forwardthe "Macao Studies"in 1986.

Mr Chan has written over five-million-wordsofarticlesaboutMacao, which werepublished on newspapers and magazines, having also cooperated in writing or compilingseveral comprehensivedictionaries andevery year is invited toseveral academic seminars. In the past decade or so, he has been ofteninterviewed by radio and television, while alsotaking part in producing several programmes. He is currently the deputy editor-in-chiefat the Macao Daily, vice president of Macao History Association, vice president of Macau Economic Association and of Macao Creative Industry Association, and chief director of EditoraKuan Leong Tong.

Mr Chan is a member of the ConselhoConsultivopara oReordenamento dos BairrosAntigos de Macau of Macao SAR and also director of Sun Yat-sen Foundation, academic adviser of Lin Zexu Foundation, member of Chinese Folk Literature and Art Society, among others.

Chan has long concentrated on collecting and sorting out historical materials about Macao, conducting on-site investigations and researches on cultural relics and monuments in Macao, as well writing a number of quite academicyet creative articles about Macao history. It’s worth to mentionhis major contribution to the study of historical facts related to Sun Yat-sen’s sojournin Macao. He has published a bookSUN YAT-SEN In MACAO and his chieflyedited works includeLIN ZEXU and MACAO, among others.

嬉皮 - 盧植賢個展

 

創作概念
書法家井上有一形容創作是跟自己麻纏的痛苦格鬥。但我認為創作應以舉重若輕的態度應對。當自己著意地揮筆行書，筆就不穩；當意識到自己是在彈琴，琴聲就會走調。
這次展示的作品以點、線、色、面等元素作即興創作,本著恬靜愉悅的心情畫出心中的畫。所謂釣魚忘餌,求美則不得美,一切來得自然。

盧植賢
現居香港，曾任藝術行政工作，現從事藝術及音樂教育。2010年取得澳洲皇家墨爾本理工大學純藝術學士學位。隨學藝術家劉掬色、黃仁逵。沉醉書畫音樂，嘗試過靜心欣喜的日子。

Hippie﹣J Lo Solo Exhibition

Concept ：

Japanese calligrapher Inoue Yuichi once described the process of creation as a conflict between oneself and one’s internalized pain. When I create I believe in adapting naturally to the flow of the piece. When conscious of each and every stroke applied, the brush becomes unstable. Like when once conscious of the fact one is playing the piano, that is when it goes out of tune.
The works I will display consists of improvisational dots, lines and colour. Each brush is drawn in a peaceful state of mind, reflecting the image in my heart onto the surface.
As the saying goes one should not be obsessed with trying to attain something while in the process forgetting how one may attain it. In the intentional pursuit of beauty, what one might find is the opposite. Everything should come naturally.

J Lo
Chikyin Lo currently lives in Hong Kong, having past experience in arts administration, is now engaged in arts and music education. In 2010 he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Australia’s Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. A student of artists Gukzik Lau and Yank Wong, Chik indulges in the joys of painting and music attempting to spend his days happily and peacefully.

幻 。城。 集 — 旅澳法國artist 伊夫 影像創作展

牛房倉庫將於2013年5月4日下午4時為「幻 。城。 集 — 旅澳法國artist 伊夫 影像創作展」進行開幕。當我們對大陸各大城市的高速發展或小城如本澳的城市變化狀況，已變得有些麻木的時候，一位從法國來澳快八年的藝術家伊夫(Yves Sonolet)依然保持他的敏感度，作品中常以他的觀察去記錄，同時又用他的想像空問去創作。
這次他透過影像去裝置一個空間，以看似虛幻的圖像去反映他對中國城市如北京或他落腳的小都市如澳門的觀察。

展期由2013年５月５日至６月2日(12:00-19:00, 逢星期二休館)，歡迎藝術愛好者及市民大眾免費參觀。

Exhibition of Creative Photography Works by Macao-based French Artist Yves Sonolet

Ox Warehouse will inaugurate the exhibition “Fantasy‧Cities‧Collection –of Creative Photography Exhibition of Macao-based French Artist Yves Sonolet” on May 4, 2013, at 4 p.m.

We may have become somewhat numbed by the rapid development in big cities in the mainland, or the swift changing of urban landscapes in small cities like Macao. In contrast, Yves Sonolet, an artist who relocated to Macao from France almost eight years ago, is still sharply sensitive, recording what he saw and observed in his work, while incorporating fantasy into his creations.

The artist fills the exhibition venue with his imaginary images reflecting his unusual takes on China’s big cities like Beijing or small ones like Macao, where he currently lives.

The exhibition will run from May 5 to June 2, 2013 (12:00 -19:00; closed on Tuesdays). Art aficionados and interested citizens are most welcome to visit. Admission is free.

他的孩提時代在外省度過。他１８歲時，怀揣著心中的疑惑，他北上巴黎學習哲學。不久後，他沉浸於夜總會節奏強勁的表演，在白天用古典鋼琴彈奏小調樂曲。之後他開始踏上獨立創作電子音樂的道路。他詩意、童稚且具破壞性的探究方式讓他的意樂自最初就具有不定性。２０１１年９月，他推出了首張專輯《寧死不屈》，讓他成為了當代音樂風景中亮麗的一筆。該唱片獲得Technikart雜誌評選的年度專輯。

此次巡演由中國法語聯明網絡主辦，與法國駐華大使館和法國對外文化教育局-法國外交部，在中法文化之春藝術文化節框架內共同呈現。

Sudney Valette is a some kind of a revelation to the French underground electropop. Sudney Valette. Chinese sign: fire tiger. Provincial childhood. At the age of 18, he moves to Paris to study philosophy. He rapidly loses himself in the dark rhythms of the capital' s nightclubs. He plays the piano in his tiny apartment. One day Sydney begins producing electronic music and speaking, screaming, crying, and singing into his laptop computer. His childish synth-pop-punk is poetic, destructive, and unique. Inspired by Taxi Girl, Arthur Russell, and Depeche Mode, neither quite 1980 nor 2011, his music revives the informality that most modem pop music so sorely lacks. Sydney' s first album, Plutôt Mourir que Crever (due this fall)is an exploration of his subconscious life from mystical childhood to the vice and vicissitudes of adulthood. A testament to 6 years of his life, it depicts the overwhelming emotions and obsessions that forged this unique artist. He is the tiger, Sudney Valette.

This tour is organized by Alliance Francaise network in China with the support of the Embassy of France in China and French Institute - Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on the occasion of Croisements Festival.

牛房倉庫將於2013年4月7日下午4時為 「尋城記 - 澳門珠海當代藝術作品展」進行開 幕。澳門與珠海，一衣帶水，交往頻繁，縱然兩座城市的人文氣息有所不同，可居住在城裡的人們相互並不陌生。本是同根同源，情若手 足，同是一個小漁村，在近代的社會演變和文化風俗的呈現中，走出了兩條不同風格的道路，是相知相識，卻帶有幾分朦朧。城市面貌的變更，從 平房到高樓，城市的輪廓也在急促地在移動，當我們遊走其中，城市角落的消失已成了一種慣性的回憶，面對新的事物和資訊，並不理會人們的感 受和需要，仿如過客，接受與丟棄也成了人們慣性的動作。是次展覽，希望通過藝術家對澳門和珠海兩地不同角度的探討和表達，增進澳珠兩地的 藝術文化交流，從而以不同的觀點去了解兩地的社會形態。
       
 展 覽作品以當代藝術表達，讓藝術家以不同的形式創作，主要在澳門及珠海兩地分別邀請約七位的藝術家參與，並展出適合是次展覽主題的作品共約 三十五件，與藝術家和觀眾進行交流和欣賞。

City Discovery: Macao-Zhuhai Contemporary Arts Exhibition

Ox Warehouse opensCity Discovery: Macao-Zhuhai Contemporary Arts Exhibition on 7thApril 2013, at 4 pm.

Fourteen artists, sevenfrom Macao and seven from Zhuhai, were invited to create contemporary artworks in different forms. Those works fitting the exhibition theme are showcased to enable artistic exchange.

Neighbouring cities Macao and Zhuhaienjoy frequent exchange in all areas. Despite the different cultures,residents of the two cities are familiar with each other.

Actually, Macao and Zhuhai were, originally, small fishing villagespart of the same Chinese county, with brotherly relations. Nevertheless, in the modern-day social and cultural evolution, the twin cities followed two very different paths.

Nowadays,residents ofMacao and Zhuhaiseem to know and understand each other, but this is somewhatfaint. The cities’ urban landscapes are always changing, with skyscrapers replacing one-storey buildings. Simultaneously, their skylines are under dramatic transformation. Walkingaround the ever-changing city, we get used to seeing familiar spots disappearing one after the other.We could only revisit them in our memories. And yet innovations and information come and go at a fast pace, in disregard of the population’s feelings and needs,the residents have adopted as a normal behaviour the use or discarding of goods.

With thisin mind, this exhibition was organisedto allow for theMacao and Zhuhai artists to explore their cities, and express their ideas,from different angles,hoping topromote exchanges in art and culture between the two cities, while allowing people from different urban backgrounds to better understand their different social landscapes.

The exhibition will be open to the public until 26thMay (opening hours: 12 pm to 7 pm, closed on Tuesdays). Art aficionados and interested citizens are welcome to visit. Admission is free.

《馬戲團》彭曉個人插畫作品展開幕

牛房倉庫主辦的彭曉個人插畫作品展《馬戲團》於3月16日下午四時在牛房二樓展廳開幕，民署文化康體部部長蔡志雄先生，文化局文化活動廳廳長楊子健先生及澳門基金會教科文中心主任梁雅圖小姐來臨主持開幕儀式，展期至四月十四日。

藝術家彭曉任教於理工藝術高等學校設計系，曾於英國留學，這次透過《馬戲團》為主要題材，一方面為顯示動物們在舞台上以高難度動作及華麗的衣著討好觀眾，但台下所付出的辛酸，艱苦的訓練從來無人知道，而動物們真的需要這種華麗的外表？真的為了討好眾人而選擇走上這艱苦的路？另一方面藉此作品反映出人類世界其實都是一個舞台, 每個人都想將最好的一面、才能、成就展示於人前，但所走的路，是否自己的意願？

牛房倉庫藝術總監兼作品展策展人李銳奮表示，是次展覽的作者以插畫的型式及繪畫技巧表現較為少人關注的題材，在澳門較為少見，希望能鼓勵更多年青藝術愛好者以此為借鏡，不斷創作。

繼牛房倉庫主辦的"改善生存的十項建議 － 掬色作品展"第一部分於2012/12/22開展後，令人期待的第二部分將於2013/01/26下午四時進行正式開幕式, 展出除了第一部份的展品外(衣、食、住、行)，還加入了第二部份的展品(眼、耳、口、鼻、身、心)一拼展出，是次展覽將展出一系列掬色的全新作品，以及她思路過程中產生過的舊作和筆記，包括展現出強烈個人風格的裝置藝術、文字、圖像等，並通過音樂、誦讀、錄像投映以及塗鴉牆與公眾互動，引領觀者從藝術家提出的十項改善生存的建議中，思考生存的意義。

展覽的第一部中，透過衣、食、住、行等生活層面上的活動，藝術家掬色嘗試在最平凡的日常生活中找出意義，希望透過藝術帶給人們一種反思藉以換醒珍惜生命，關懷他人。第二部份則打算通過眼、耳、口、鼻、身、心等感官，展現其對生命形式的思考。「我對身體賦有這些生命現象感到出奇，想知道潛藏在生命裹的能量還可以有怎樣的形狀和發展。」掬色希望展覽能讓觀者留意感官，明白自己本質上和全世界是一體的這個事實，然後「大胆地去想象去創造自己的生活內容，並時時改進，以期與世界同步静静地進步」。

掬色是一位創作不斷且持之以恆的藝術家, 現居香港, 主要從事創作及藝術教育工作. 創作使用現代印刷工具和機器, 如彩色影印, 傳真機, 電腦噴墨打印等.是次展覽以圖像作品, 音樂及誦讀裝置配合, 冀望能以輕鬆有趣的形式呈現給觀眾.

關於劉掬色 

早年習畫並畢業於加拿大多倫多安大畧藝術學院、英國倫敦皇家美術學院。她的創作使用現代印刷工具和機器，譬如彩色影印機、傳真機、電腦噴墨打印等，融合手繪圖象和文字，創製出平面的藝術作品。現居香港，專事創作及藝術教育工作。（圖：何兆南）
