閒蕩、聽一些澳門人的故事、結識幾個朋友,是這一次我來澳門的主要目的。由澳門人的記憶出發,我讓他們每個人個別帶領我走了一段路,由他們小時候住處一直走路到小學的門前,沿途我聆聽他們和澳門過去的故事,這樣我像帶領一個小朋友上學,在他們的回憶中重組我對澳門的印象。這是一次記憶的清洗過程。

在地圖上畫出了十幾條路線,像飄落地上的髮絲,有長有短,重疊和交叉部份是兩個人相遇地方。我穿梭在不同時空的故事中,街道上新舊的建築物並置,在澳門街我的腦海跳出了很多的想法,我有幾件好想在澳門做的事,幾件他們幫我做了,拼湊成為今次展覽的內容。就像我讓記憶隨意浮出,說不出有甚麼偉大的內容。

This time my major purpose of visit to Macao is: wandering, listening to local people’s stories, and making new friends. In a bid to explore Macao residents’ memories, I let every participant individually guide me on a tour from their childhood home to primary school entrance, during which I also listened to their personal stories and the city’s tales of the past. That way was as if I were taking a child to school. From their recollection my perception of Macao was renewed. This is a memory filtering process.

Over ten routes are drawn on the map, which look like hair falling down to the ground. Some of them are short, some long, and the overlapping and cross sections are where two persons meet. In Macao many ideas came across my mind as I wandered in the many stories of different spaces and times, while seeing the new and old buildings coexist along the streets. There were a few things I wanted very much to do in this city, several of which they have helped me to realize by putting them together to produce this exhibition. It’s just like letting my memory go, though there’s no great theme herein.

片名直接取自2008年5月12日汶川大地震發生的時間:14點28分。作者在地震發生後第一時間趕赴現場,與已經聚集在那裏的眾多媒體工作者一起展開了他的記錄;此後一年間,他多次重返。他最終完成的作品,提供了一個與大眾傳媒全然不同的角度,令我們得以在延續的時間裏,看到那些劫後餘生的人們,如何承受他們的傷痛,然後繼續生活。

沒有單一的敍述線索,在將近兩個小時的時間裏,“14.28”描述眾生態。它展現人與自然,與社會,與自我記憶的關係,仍是直接電影的方式,含蓄,克制,不動聲色,然而包含了作者明確的態度和對社會制度以及權力關係的思考。

但是也沒有利用這種關係,影片始終保持一種樸實的觀察。這種樸實毋寧說來自於一個紀錄片工作者的本色。所以有評論稱,“(它)以憫人的目光觀察一個已被高度關注的世界,同時也令人反思社會事件與日常生活如何被以不同方式呈現出來”。

杜海濱,1972年生於陝西,在寶雞和西安度過少年時代。1996年考入北京電影學院攝影系。在校期間用Hi-8拍攝了他的第一個作品《竇豆》(1999)——一個青年同鄉的肖像,畢業前後又完成了《鐵路沿線》(2000年)——鐵路邊上一群流浪漢的生活,它是DV製作在中國初起時的代表作之一。此後以幾乎每年一部的速度,杜海濱先後完成了《高樓下面》(2002),《北京紀事》(劇情短片,2003),《人面桃花》(2005),《電影/童年》(2005),《石山》(2006)。 2007年的《傘》和2009年的《14.28》,令他兩次入選威尼斯地平線單元。

Du Haibin 14.28

The “Great Sichuan Earthquake” took place at 14:28 on May 12, 2008. The shooting started 10 days after the disaster, and the filmmaker returned on the spot several times during one year. Scenes not seen on official TV, “survival” is the keyword. Without judgment but with a deep compassion for their subjects, the filmmaker brings us a myriad of individual stories of absurdity, confusion and grief.

With approaches of “Direct Cinema”, keeping the camera in a distance of observation, it shows kind of simplicity of the style, which we suppose come from the nature of a documentary filmmaker. He is not hurry to show his attitude and opinions up to the audience but hide them in the every sequence, through which the reflection on the social system and the power relationship could be interpreted. So the review said, “Through a sympathetic angle, the film observes a world which has already been focused on; meanwhile it gives reflection on different ways by which a social event and the daily life may be unfolded.”

Du Haibin was born in 1972 in Shannxi province and studied Photography Dept. of Beijing Film Academy during 1996-2000. In the 3rd year of the school, he made a short documentary Doudou (1999) , a portrait on one of his young native friends; the next year he presented Along the Railway, depicting a group of homeless people’s life, which came to be one a work of reference for DV works in China. Thereafter he has been able to produce one work every year. His films include: Under the Skyscraper (2002), Life in Beijing (short film, 2003), Beautiful Men (2005), Film / Childhood (2005) and Stone Mountain (2006). With Umbrella (2007)and 14.28 (2009), he has been selected twice in Horizon of International Film Festival Venice.

萬馬才旦《尋找智美更登》

這是導演的第二部劇情長片,歷時三年完成。它的故事簡單至極,或者幾乎可以說沒有故事;它的劇情建立在一個動作之上,如片名所示,這個動作是尋找。智美更登是藏戲中的王子,心懷巨大的慈悲,他將自己所有,包括妻兒和眼睛都施捨給了世人……片中的導演在尋找一位能夠飾演智美更登的演員,影片呈現了他們在這一路上,經過的村莊,寺院,看到,聽到的人和故事——藉由這樣的視角,我們看到了藏區人民生活和精神世界的現實;而這其中的故事,談的主要是愛情。

但這並不意味著,《尋找智美更登》僅僅是一部關於愛情的電影。它令人深深感動,不是因為司機和那位演藏戲的女孩各自對感情的執著,而是導演寄託在這個尋找過程中的情懷——當我們意識到智美更登不僅僅是傳說中的人物,更可以是整個藏族傳統文化靈魂的象徵,這層寄託就會變得格外分明。

因此這是一部文化意義上的懷鄉之作。那種與身份有關的鄉愁深蘊在影片的每一個場景之中,並且表達地謙卑,含蓄——影片未經言明的背景,是這種文化在當代的境遇,作者並非外鄉人,但他也處於這種境遇之中;他的文化之於他,就如那蒙面的女孩,可能如影隨形,然而美女的面容,終於難以看清,也無從描述——但他必須描述,這是“尋找”的全部動力和根由。

萬馬才旦1969年生於青海海南藏族自治州,先後就讀于西北民族大學與北京電影學院。1991年開始用藏、漢文發表文學作品,2002年開始劇情與紀錄電影的拍攝。第一部短片《靜靜的嘛呢石》獲國內外多個優秀短片獎,2005年完成第一部同名劇情長片。


Pema Tseden THE SEARCH

The Search, as the second feature film of Tibetan filmmaker Pema Tseden, begins as a quest for actors for a film adaptation of a Tibetan play about Prince Drime Kunden, a saint who gave away all his worldly possessions. It organically evolves into an offbeat cultural album of Tibetan people as well as a cinematic pilgrimage to understand their lifestyles and religious heritage. It traces a special “road movie” with a vague boundary between documentary and fiction. Further than a search for an actor or a spiritual quest, the filmmaker, with his root in the Tibetan plateau, develops a reflection on the future of their own civilization.

Pema Tseden was born in 1969 in Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, graduated from Northwest University of Nationalities and then Beijing Film Academy. He started his writings since 1991, in both Chinese and Tibetan, and started to make fiction and documentary films since 2002. His first short, The Silent Holy Stones, has won several awards in China and abroad. In 2005 he finished his first feature with the same title.

Looking Back and Looking Forward Poster Exhibition ahead of the 10th Anniversary﹣
OX Warehouse (Old Ladies’House Art Space)

婆仔屋藝術空間成立於2001年,由最初進駐仁慈堂婆仔屋,到現在的牛房倉庫,轉眼間已經9年,在將踏入10年的日子,帶來一次總結,以海報展的形式展示,結集9年間有關的展覽及活動的宣傳海報。過往邀請過很多不同的設計師參與設計工作,展覽及活動的形象設計,往往是給大眾展示方向與內容的表面元素,設計師們都具有前瞻性及創新的意念。

而牛房倉庫自婆仔屋時期已在建立發展方向:我們鼓勵實驗精神、開拓創作新方向,並透過不同類型的展覽、工作坊、藝術家駐場等形式,吸引並持續培養不同風格的創作人投身藝術大家庭。

讓這次展示記錄我們作為藝術旅途中的回顧,讓大眾更了解我們過往所做出的努力與成果,我們亦會繼續推動多方位創作藝術,把藝術文化帶入社區,為本土文化尋找新路向,並將文化交流與創作互相結合,嘗試用不同方式推動當代文化藝術在澳門的健康發展。

The Old Ladies’ House Art Space was founded in 2001. It has been 9 years since its launch at the Old Ladies’ House of the Santa Casa de Misericórdia, and then moving to the Ox Warehouse where it has based until today. In the run-up to the Old Ladies’ House Art Space 10th Anniversary, we would like to round up and have a look back on the past through a poster exhibition presenting all the publicity posters of exhibitions and activities held during the last 9 years. Many different designers were invited to design the posters. As the image design of exhibitions and activities usually conveys only surface elements– such as the exhibiting direction and content – to the general public, designers are required to have forward-looking and innovative concepts.


Ox Warehouse has long established its developmental direction since the days when the art group was still active at the Old Ladies’ House: we encourage experimental spirit and the exploration of new creative directions; through hosting exhibitions, workshops and artist-in-residence programs in various forms, we strive to attract creative talents of diverse styles to the artistic world, nurturing and supporting them continually.


We hope this exhibition can serve as a retrospection of our artistic journey and let the people understand better our past efforts and achievements. We will continue to promote diversity in creation and art, exploring the new direction to bring arts into communities so as to find a way out for local culture. Furthermore, through combining cultural exchange with creation we also try to push forward the healthy development of contemporary culture and arts in Macao.

應亮 《慰問》

一場突然發生的車禍,令一位老人失去了丈夫和兒子。她居於陋巷,屋頂漏雨,整個社區面臨拆遷......應亮用一個完整的長鏡頭,描述了她被慰問的全過程。
作為五年前一場確實發生過的車禍的見證,應亮同時也在製作一部以此為題的長片。

Ying Liang CONDOLENCES

For a sudden serious traffic accident, an old women lost her husband and son. She lives in a poor neighborhood which is going to be demolished...With one long take, Ying Liang depicts the course of the offering of condolences.

As one of the witnesses of that traffic accident happened in Zigong city, Sichuang Province five years ago, Ying Liang is going to complete a long-feature film on the same subject.

羅亮,一個替房地產老闆開車和跑腿的人,快30歲了,騎著破摩托,住著老房子,滿足於做別人的附庸,被知識份子家庭出身的老婆恥笑,但他也有個夢想——衣錦還鄉......
片名來自於那句經典指示,“不管黑貓白貓,只要能抓住老鼠就是好貓”。
應亮說,貓也很貼合當前的時代精神,它是一種非常“和諧”的動物。
他把這部電影題獻給自貢--這座他生活了七年的內陸城市,近些年因房地產業的崛起而命運陡轉。

作為一個導演,他在這裡完成了迄今為止的三部長片和大部分短片。《好貓》之前的另外兩部長片是:《另一半》(2006)《背鴨子的男孩》(2004)。

Ying Liang GOOD CAT

Luo Liang, almost thirty, is a chauffeur who runs errands for a real estate boss. He rides a broken motorcycle and lives in a shabby house. Although he is sneered at by a wife who came from a family of intellectuals, he is content with being somebody's vassal. Still, he dreams of returning home with fame and money.
The title comes from the famous dictum of Deng Xiaoping: "As long as the cat can catch a mouse, it is a good cat no matter whether it is a black cat or a white cat."
The cat,Ying Liang said, also fits well with the spirits of the times.It's a very harmonious animal.
He dedicates this film to Zigong, an inland city in Sichuan where he has lived for 7 years. Due to the sharp rise in real estate prices, drastic changes have occurred here.

As director, he has made his three long-feature films and most of the shorts here till now. The other two long-featurs are: The Other Half (2006) and Taking Father Home (2004)

本片原名《我的父親母親和我的兄弟姐妹》。作者從2002年開始拍攝,直到2008年。他在六年的時間裡,紀錄了一個中國家庭內部所發生的日常瑣細,以及它的成員之間親密而又激烈的感情和關係。

關於他為什麼拍攝:
每個家庭都有自己家庭的相冊。不管是黑白,還是彩色,照片上,都露出假笑。
很長時間,“家”這個詞一直是我腦袋裡的陰影。
我看到的電影的詩意在我的家裡哪去了呢?
那些申明大義和絕對的電影也許對我和家從來就不適合。
我仍拒絕導演和剪輯出那電視劇男女主人公般的真理。
我真的想研究一下這個“家”為什麼讓我如此恐懼和窒息。

胡新宇1971年出生,現在工作和生活在太原。作為一個獨立的紀錄片工作者,他之前已經完成了《男人》(2004)和《姐姐》(2007)。它們也都是以自己或家人作為拍攝物件。以一種非常私人的視角和無畏的態度,胡新宇為中國紀錄片提供了觀察私人空間和家庭生活的樣本。

HU Xinyu FAMILY PHOBIA

Aka My Parents and My Siblings. Shot from 2002 to 2008, the film took six years to document the daily life of a Chinese family and the intimate yet sometimes intense relations between family members.

About why he made this documentary:
Every Family has a photo album. Whether in black and white or color the photos all show fake smiles.
For a long time, the word “family” has cast a shadow on my mind. Where is the poetic sense I’ve seen from the film in my family life?
Maybe those correct and absolute epics never suit my family.
I refuse to direct and edit the truth as the stars and co-stars in TV soap series.
I really want to make a study on this “family”: why it makes me feel fear and suffocation always?

Hu Xinyu, born in 1971. As an independent documentary filmmaker working and living in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, he has finished Men (2004) and Sister (2007) before, both featured himself or his own family members. By adopting a very personal and bald approach, Hu has set an example in Chinese documentary to observe private space and domestic life.

艾未未《老媽蹄花》

這是一部行動電影。衍生于艾未未和一些志願者在四川震後災區展開的行動。
片中艾未未與其說是藝術家,不如說更是一位公民。他們試圖爭取和證實自己作為公民應有的權利,在這個過程中讓我們看到了整個體制的腐朽和荒謬。

艾未未,1957年生於北京,中國藝術家領軍人物,其作品涉及裝置、攝影、雕塑等多種形式,同時也是策展人、建築設計師、社會與文化評論家、行動者。

This is an activist movie recording Ai Weiwei and other volunteers’ campaign in the disaster hit area in the aftermath of Sichuan earthquake.

In the film Ai is a citizen rather than an artist. They try to fight for and establish their rights as a citizen, from which we can see the decay and absurdness of the whole system.

Ai Weiwei, born in 1957 in Beijing, is a leading Chinese artist, curator, architectural designer, cultural and social commentator and activist.

劉伽茵《牛皮》

這部作品將近兩個小時,由23個固定長鏡頭構成,全部在室內空間,演員是作者自己和她的父母。片中呈現的是他們自己的生活。父親經營著一家皮藝店,母親則負責皮包的設計和製作,他們對這門生意傾注了極大的感情和心力,卻仍是慘澹經營。每一個場景都像是紀錄片,但拍攝的方法是劇情片才可以做到的場面調度。其中蘊含的感情強度在中國電影中也非常少見。

劉伽茵1981年生於北京。高中時代即明確了做電影的決定。 作為她在電影學院的畢業作品,《牛皮》(2005年)也是她的第一部劇情長片,完成之後獲得了多個國際電影節獎項。她之前的作品有短片《火車》,之後有《牛皮Ⅱ》,系2009年完成的新作。現任教于電影學院文學系。

Liu Jiayin OXHIDE

Comprised of 23 stationary long takes, and shot entirely on interior sets, the film features the filmmaker herself and her parents throughout its approximately 2-hour runtime.
It is a presentation of their everyday life: The father runs a leather workshop, while the mother takes charge of the design and production of leather bags. They have invested a lot in the business, both emotionally and financially, yet are barely making ends meet. Every shot smells of documentary , however it is in fact realized with strict mise en scene. The emotional tension it builds is also rarely found among Chinese films.

Liu Jiayin was born in Beijing in 1981. She got a clear mind to study film and become a filmmaker as early as in high school. As her graduation work from BFA, Oxhide (2004) is her full-length feature debut, which got several prizes in international film festivals from Forum,Berlinale to Vancouver, HKIFF etc. Before Oxhide she has made a short The Train. 敖魯古雅是一個地名,中國東北鄂溫克人傳統的居住地。
然而他們傳統的生活方式無法在當代延續。政府給他們在山下建了定居點,狩獵也被禁止。
柳霞和弟弟維佳用酒精麻醉自己,和協用口琴表達他的悲傷,酋長瑪麗婭•索,漠然地看著變化著的時代……
這個作品對一個即將消失的民族的呈現,超越了單純的民族人類學視角。它包含著濃烈的詩情,用敏感的影像觸覺,揭示了一個族群的身份遺失之後,其中個體所陷入的無邊失落和痛苦-----它是為這個民族所寫的影像史詩。

顧桃畢業於內蒙藝術學院。他最初學習油畫,之後一度從事圖片攝影,2005年開始紀錄大興安嶺地區少數民族的生活。《敖魯古雅, 敖魯古雅……》是他的第一部紀錄長片。他的拍攝現在還在繼續。

Gu Tao AOLUGUYA, AOLUGUYA...

Aoluguya is a place name, in the Greater Xing’an Mountain of northern China, where is the traditional habitat for the Ewenkis people who is living a hunting and nomadic life.
They can not continue this living way any more today. The government has built the new settlement down the mountain and hunting is also banned.
Liushia and her younger brother, Vijia indulge themselves in alcohol. He Xie expresses the sadness through his harmonica. Maria Suo, the last chief of the tribe, watches the changing of time helplessly.

This film's depiction of a people on the brink of extinction is much more than just a simple anthropological study. It conveys strong poetic beauty, while the filmmaker's sensitive approach reveals the immense pain and sense of loss that a group of people have once their identity lost. It is an epic written as the image testimony for this people.

Gu Tao studied painting in Inner Mongolia Fine Art Institute, has used to taking photos. He started to shoot minority people and their life in northeast China since 2005. Aoluguya, Aoluguya...is his first long feature work.. His shooting still continues…

作者在海量的電視臺群眾記者拍攝的街頭速寫式素材中篩選,提煉出在他眼中富於意味的瞬間,進而組合成這部描述了二十多個事件的紀錄片。它是一幅關於城市生活的印象拼貼和速寫,其中有號稱要自殺的男人,高速路上四散奔逃的豬,工地裡挖出的文物,同一條河流裡不怕髒的漁夫以及打著環保旗號的游泳隊伍...... 以一種詩或者音樂的節奏和氣氛,它證實了剪輯的創造性,同時也再現了我們身處的這個粗糙而又混亂,充滿了黑色幽默和反諷的現實。


黃偉凱,1972年生於廣東。這是他的第二部紀錄片,之前有《飄》(2005),也是《三元里》(2003)和《煤市街》(2006)的主攝影師。

Huang Weikai DISORDER

Making the selections from a vast amount of street sketch-style rushes shot by amateur TV journalists, then abstracting those moments he thinks as most meaningful and interesting, the author comprises this work of over 20 separate incidents. It is a collage of images from urban life, which includes a sketch of a man who claims he is going to commit suicide, a scene where a group of pigs run wild on the highway, the discovery of an antique on a building site, images of a river shared by a fisherman oblivious to the dirt around him and a swimming team campaigning for the environment...with an almost poetic musical rhythm and atmosphere, this documentary work is proving the creativity of the editing, as well as reflecting the coarse, chaotic reality full of irony and black humors that surrounds us.

Huang Weikai, born in Guangdong in 1972. This is his second documentary work. Before he made Floating (2005), also worked for San Yuan Li (2003) and Meishi Street (2006) as the main photographer.

陽建軍《風花雪月》

“四川西北部的一個小村莊裡,90歲的陽爺爺是陽氏風水世家第九代傳人。這個家族的男性成員大都繼承了這門手藝,他們最主要的工作是為鄉親們主持葬禮。以他們為線索,影片串聯起多起死亡:白髮人送黑髮人的中國式悲劇,為喪葬費用互相扯皮的兒女,先後死去的恩愛夫妻。而陽家自身,在迎來兩個重孫子的同時,陽爺爺不得不親手埋葬了他罹患癌症的兒子。《風花雪月》是他們舉行葬禮禮拜佛祖時的香贊。在雪災和地震先後襲來的2008年,這個家族故事折射著佛祖所說的八苦:生、老、病、死、愛別離、怨憎會、求不得、五陰熾盛。”

陽建軍1978年生於四川德陽通江鎮涼水村,2001年師範畢業後當了四年的中學老師,2006年考入北京電影學院學習電影劇本創作與理論專業。《風花雪月》是他的第一部紀錄長片。

Yang Jianjun WIND FLOWERSNOW MOON

“In a small village in the northwest of Sichuan province, Grandpa Yang, who is ninety years old already, is the ninth generation successor of Yang’s geomantic family. Men in this family have almost carried on the geomantic craft. They mainly preside over funerals for the villagers. The documentary focuses on this family, recording several deaths: the Chinese-type tragedy of “the young perish, and the old linger” ; the sons and daughters who wrangled over the funeral expenses with each other; an affectionate couple who died one after another. Meanwhile, in Yang’s family, Mr. Yang celebrated the birth of his two great-grandchildren and at the same time had to bury his son, who died of cancer. The name of the film, Wind Flower Snow Moon, is actually the name of the coronach that the geomancers sing when they worship Buddha at the funerals. In the year of 2008, which is attacked successively by severe snowstorm and earthquake, the family had to suffer Eight Pains defined by Buddha, namely, Birth, Caducity, Illness, Death, Departure with the Beloved, Encounter with the Hated, Dissatisfactory and Rampancy of Five Yins.”

Yang Jianjun was born in Cool Water Village, Tongjiang Town, Deyang in Sichuan Province in 1978. He graduated from South China Normal University, then worked as a teacher in a middle school for four years. He was admitted to Beijing Film Academy in 2006 to study for a master's degree of film scripts and theory.

婆仔屋藝術空間牛房倉庫在十二月和明年一月期間舉辦當代動態影像藝術活動中國獨立影像1+1展。影展邀請了北京798藝術區比利亞當代藝術中心影像檔案館(CIFA)館長張亞璇策展。是次的策展方式也很特別,先由策展人選擇五位導演,包括聞海、黃偉凱、應亮、胡新宇杜海濱。同時再分別邀請這些導演推薦1-2部他們喜歡的作品,以此組成整個影展的片單。而五位導演將來澳向觀眾介紹他們的和所推薦的作品。所謂11是一個導演加另一個導演的意思。希望用這種方式呈現更多的視角,同時讓作者和觀眾都有更多的參與。

十二月十九日和二十日晚上八時半將首先放映聞海《我們》和李沛峰《白銀》。聞海的《我們》是混沌三部曲之最後一部,前兩部曲《喧嘩的塵土》、《夢遊》獲得各地電影節的多個奬項,而《我們》更獲得第65屆威尼斯電影節地平線單元特別奬。《我們》開始於一個描繪中國居士生活的項目,最終卻讓我們看到了更多更有力的東西。影片原名《他們》。但聞海清楚地明白,導演在拍攝別人的同時也在拍攝自己。若稱之為他們,則是把影片裡的人物歸於一個謹慎的陌生群體。最終的剪輯版本選擇了立場:他們即我們。李沛峰的《白銀》是他在外地生活多年後回到故鄉——中國西北白銀地區的一個村莊,完成了他的第一部作品《白銀》。《白銀》描述當地日常生活的小事,內容真摰感人。


除了本月十九和二十日外,中國獨立影像1+1展放映活動將會在明(2010)首三週週末繼續舉行,每個週末將放映不同導演和他們所推薦的作品,而導演將親臨牛房倉庫與觀眾交流。

“有人說他們是敏感人物,他們說自己是政治動物。”----自影片海報
《我們》開始於一個描繪中國居士生活的項目,最終卻讓我們看到了更多更有力的東西。影片原名《他們》。但聞海清楚地明白,導演在拍攝別人的同時也在拍攝自己。若稱之為“他們”,則是把影片裡的人物歸於一個謹慎的陌生群體。最終的剪輯版本選擇了立場:他們即“我們”。

談及他的影片,聞海謙虛地說他試圖展現的是一些“公民”的形象。這種令人欽佩的謙虛令片中那些詩人英雄般的人物表現出某種勇氣,它讓我們看到,聽到這個被霓虹燈、手機、摩天樓和奧運會粉飾的今天,歷史具有的重量。

聞海,1971年生於湖南,在某部隊大院長大。先在本地學習美術,之後到北京電影學院進修攝影。畢業後進入中央電視臺工作,成為一名新聞記者;2002年前後辭職開始獨立電影製作,開始作為製片人製作了《北京郊區》(2002,劇情),之後作為導演完成了《軍訓營紀事》(2003)、《喧嘩的塵土》(2004),《夢遊》(2006)和《我們》(2008)-----後面三部統稱“混沌三部曲”。其作品曾多次入選國際電影節並獲得各種獎項。

Some describe them as problematic individuals
They describle themselves as creatures of politics

Starting from a project on the portrait of laying Buddhist (Wenhai opposes the religious feeling to the chaos), "WE" leads us to meet something more, and more powerful: which are the dissidents in one word. The original title of the film was "TAMEN", which means "THEY". But Wenhai knows very well that a director is also shooting himself while he shoots others. By calling "THEY" , he would have put a distance, the people in the film would be felt as a prudent strangers group. The final cut takes position :They are "WE".

Wenhai said modestly of his film that he has just tries to present some images of citizens. Formidable modesty helps him find a sort of courage on those poet-heroes, since it makes us see and hear the weight of the history on a "today" made up with neon lights, mobile phones, skyscrapers, and Olympic games.

Wen Hai, born in Hunan province in 1971 and grew up in some military “big yard”; studied painting in a local fine art school and then went to Beijing Film Academy for advanced photography course. Afterwards he worked in CCTV as a TV journalist. Around 2002 he finished his TV career and started independent film production. As a producer he made a long-feature film Beijing Suburb(2002,fiction); as a director he finished Military Camps(2003),Floating Dust(2004),Dream Walking(2006) and WE(2008), the last three of which composed of his Chaos Trilogy. His works have been selected in international film festivals from Cinema du Reel, Yamagata, Venice etc. and got different prizes.



李沛峰《白銀》

在外地生活了多年以後,李沛峰回到自己的故鄉——中國西北白銀地區的一個村莊。四年時間裡他斷斷續續的拍攝,完成了他的第一部作品《白銀》。

沒有主要的人物,包括作者的父親也和大多數村民一樣是群像描寫中不突顯的一員。隱隱約約我們知道這又是一個有關拆遷和流放的故事。多年處於封閉的村莊因為和他們毫無關係的“西氣東輸”工程以及所謂的“鄉村城市化”運動,人們被迫和被騙離開自己世代居住的土地。

是在這樣的背景之下,作者描述了他的主角:那片乾燥,貧瘠,空氣中充滿了土腥味的荒涼的大地;與這場景相對應的是人們內心的狂暴和無奈。

影片展示了中國農村觸目驚心的“疼痛”,但同時又絕不冷漠。作者用生老病死的小章節串接日常生活,很多場景的描繪具有儀式感。在一幕幕的戲劇演出中呈現故鄉命運的“臨終時刻”——這是一首獻給故鄉的挽歌。

李沛峰生於1972年,2004年發起、創辦了民間文藝團體、秦腔劇社“大秦之腔青年研習社”,並致力研究中亞地區音樂,曾從事電視工作,後轉向紀錄片拍攝,《白銀》是他第一部個人作品。


Li Peifeng SILVER

After leaving his home village in northwest region for several years, Li Peifeng returned there starting to make a documentary. His shooting lasts 4 years continuously. Then he finished his first long-feature work.

In this film, he doesn't follow any special person. Even his father is also an obscure one in the mass portrait. It's once again a story about migration and exile. Due to the “West-East Natural Gas Transmission Project”, which has none of the business with them and the Urbanizing Country Movement, the people are obliged or cheated to leave their home village where they has been living in generations.

With this background Li Peifeng depicts his main character of the film: that piece of dry,infertile and desolate land full of smell of the earth. Corresponding to such scene is the people’s wrath and depression.

This film reveals the stocking pain of Chinese village but not indifferent. The fimmaker links daily life with short chapters on birth, being aged, being sick and death,in which he represents many scenes as ritual. This is a piece of elegy dedicated to the hometown, as the terminal moment of its destiny.

Born in 1972, Li Peifeng founded in 2004 a folk art group which focuses on the traditional Shaanxi opera (Qinqiang), and he also makes research on the music of Central Asia. He used to work for television before turned to independent documentary production. Silver is his first feature documentary.

牛房講場— 澳門視覺文化與藝術教育現況對話



澳門擁有豐富而獨特的歷史文化視覺影像。在這小城大街小巷裡,遍布充滿南歐特色的葡式建築物及質樸古雅的傳統中式建築,像這些風格各異但融合並存的景象在當今城市大都會中可算難得一見。除此之外,在五光十色的霓虹燈下,賭場風光構成了澳門一幕一幕迷惑人的圖像,但內裡又會對文化的發展帶來什麼影響或沖擊?

這次牛房倉庫請來本地文化評論人李展鵬先生和藝術教育工作者陳美玉女士,他們將從澳門獨特的情況出發,概述視覺文化的特性與重要性,並且希望從中切入現今藝術教育方面的核心問題,歸納出一些適合澳門況的關注焦點。
